Justin Jones

Justin grew up in Roanoke, Virginia and came east to Richmond for college — and never really left. He’s a veteran who spent a year in Iraq, and that tour still shapes how he runs a team: clear missions, calm under pressure, and people you can trust on the keys.

Since then he’s spent two decades building software and the teams that ship it — from scrappy startups to enterprise scale, across healthcare, fintech, consulting, and SaaS. He’s stood up engineering organizations from nothing, led groups from a handful of people to forty-plus, and stayed close enough to the work to still write the hard parts himself. Rosevine Technology Services is where that experience gets pointed at small and medium businesses who deserve senior hands.

He and his wife, Izzy, are serial entrepreneurs with two daughters, four miniature schnauzers, and a frankly unreasonable amount of energy and ambition. When he’s not building, he’s cooking, traveling, or feeding an Instagram algorithm that’s convinced he only cares about recipes and basketball. It’s mostly right.

Principal engineer

Thomas Roncales

Thomas is Rosevine’s Principal Software Engineer — Argentinian by descent, Richmond-made by way of Virginia Commonwealth University, where he studied tech and never looked back. He’s the engineer the team points at the hard parts: the gnarly architecture, the problem nobody else wants, the part of the codebase everyone’s a little afraid of.

He builds the way good engineers do — for the people who’ll have to live with it later. Resilient systems, clean seams, and code that reads like it was meant to be supported, because at Rosevine it will be. He’s as comfortable sketching the architecture as he is in the weeds of the implementation, and he spends as much energy levelling up the engineers around him as he does shipping the work himself. TypeScript, AWS serverless, and Postgres are home turf — boring tech, sharply applied.

Off the keyboard, he’s on the pitch — soccer every weekend, and a Lionel Messi devotee who will happily ruin a dinner party defending the GOAT debate. The competitive streak follows him home: he’s a fixture in Call of Duty lobbies, strictly mouse-and-keyboard, with a principled disdain for controllers. Quieter weekends find him foraging wild mushrooms — a genuinely obscure hobby he’s genuinely good at. He’ll eat just about anything you put in front of him, with exactly one exception: apples, which he regards as a personal affront.

Head of Sales & Marketing Practice Lead

Jim Reynolds

Jim is a creatively minded growth strategist and senior sales leader who lives at the intersection of art and business. He splits his time between Mexico and Southern California, and leads sales and the marketing practice at Rosevine.

With more than a decade designing scalable revenue systems across technology, SaaS, and creative industries, Jim helps organizations grow with structure, story, and soul. His work brings rhythm to operations and melody to metrics, turning complexity into flow and potential into performance.

He cut his teeth as a businessman while touring the world as a musician, learning how to build teams, tell stories, and move audiences across cultures. His songs have been featured in film and television, including Sons of Anarchy, and he still makes music today. That artistic foundation shapes how he leads: every system he designs balances data with intuition, efficiency with empathy, and process with purpose.

Raised in a family of entrepreneurs, Jim likes to say he’s “been selling since I was born.” His philosophy is simple: you have to be your authentic self to be successful in anything. When artistry and strategy rise in harmony, growth stops feeling mechanical and starts to feel human.

Senior Customer Success Manager

Emeke Molokwu

Emeke is who clients call when they want to know where things stand, and he has usually sent the update already. He has spent close to a decade in customer-facing roles, the last three-plus years managing B2B software clients for US-based teams, working remotely from Lagos.

He knows custom software from the client side of the table. At Crowdbotics, he managed a portfolio of app-build and AI development clients and saw more than 74 projects through delivery. At Xperts, he went from CSM to Senior CSM in under ten months, looking after 30+ accounts from early-stage startups to enterprise clients and delivering 45 projects along the way. He sees the job simply: understand what each client is trying to achieve, catch the problem before it becomes one, and keep the client and the engineering team looking at the same picture.

At Rosevine, he works with clients from onboarding through renewal, keeping relationships steady and growing.

Born and raised in Lagos, Emeke is married to a counsellor and movement therapist, and together they’re raising one brilliant daughter (a genius, he’ll tell you). Family time comes first. After that, he is a proud, unapologetic nerd: movies, cartoons, anime, comics and a lot of gaming.

Executive Operations Partner

Noah Walker

Noah helps Justin and the Rosevine team keep the moving parts organized: preparing for meetings, gathering details, tracking commitments, and making sure important follow-ups don’t disappear into a busy workday. His approach is practical and direct: understand the situation, check the details, and make the next step clear.

Noah supports the people doing the work. He brings structure to scattered information and helps keep decisions connected to what was actually agreed.

Noah is a Richmond, Virginia native in his early twenties. Quiet at first, he warms up quickly when a conversation turns to music, neighborhood history, or how something works. He favors worn-in T-shirts, secondhand books, and a good sandwich over anything requiring a reservation.
